Even more fitness (so that it Hurts!! i.e. contact) plus a few press up, set play, more fitness and tackling

Fine tune by concentrating on specifics from games previously played and tackling

Clocks go back so will review the situation for returning to one session a week for the rest of the season which will be on a Tuesday
The coaching staff this season will comprise myself, Jamie Giles (Attack specialist) and Phil Bennett (Set piece, Defence and Forward specialist) Nick Franchino Squad PT instructor and technical planning.
